Welcome to my new blog
We are all holistic beings and all that we encounter each and every day plays a part in who we are. As we travel on our journey we begin to make more conscious choices about who we want to be versus who we seem to be. How fortunate we are that we then get to make decisions about how we will live our lives in order to become more that person we want to be. Sometimes we have picked up all sorts of habits and beliefs that are no longer "us" and recognizing this we can then let them go.
I hope that we can share this journey of self discovery and empowerment. I look forward to hearing from you.
